Review process

Abstract

Submission: Authors submit their research abstracts through the conference website, specifically using the ConfTool platform (https://www.conftool.org/ichve2024/).

Please use this template: 


Review: The submitted papers are reviewed by experts in the field, who evaluate the quality, relevance, and originality of the research. The reviewers may provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.


Decision: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the conference organizers make a decision on whether to accept, reject, or request revisions for the submitted abstract.

 

Paper

Submission: Authors submit their research papers or abstracts through the conference website, specifically using the ConfTool platform (https://www.conftool.org/ichve2024/).

Review: The submitted papers are reviewed by experts in the field, who evaluate the quality, relevance, and originality of the research. The reviewers may provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Revision (if necessary): If the paper requires revisions, the authors are given a specified timeframe to make the necessary changes and resubmit their paper.

Final Decision: After the revisions are submitted, the reviewers re-evaluate the updated paper and provide a final decision.


Notification: The authors are notified of the final decision, and if accepted, they are required to register for the conference and prepare their presentation or poster.

 

Conference

The authors present their research at the conference, where they have the opportunity to discuss their work with other experts in the field, receive feedback, and network with colleagues.
